My old Squire 5 that I converted to fretless and then later traded for a Peavey 410TX, which I just sold a few weeks ago. Looked and sounded nice, especially with the Carvin J99s. Anyone who owns/owned this bass knows that the low B had a noticeable volume drop off because of the pickups. Sadly 5 string just wasn't for me.

Sorry Dabbler....Not only do they come in Olympic White, they also come in Black with a matching headstock and also 3 tone sunburst with a natural headstock. One correction...This is not part of the Modified series... This is the Deluxe series. Great basses for the money. I'm thinking about purchasing the sunburst...I really like the necks on these basses...Very wide (19mm) string spacing and the back of the neck has a flat feel to it...very nice. I think you should pick one up...you won't be disappointed.

I'm sorry you DID say deluxe and I DID look it up on MF. Unfortunately, even though you can select the white option, the only pics they SHOW are the SB and black. I better lay off of buying basses for a while... I actually do want to stay married. And as the converted guitarist that I am, 19mm is a little wider than I like... but I AM tempted! :hiding:
