Fender/squier... basses they could make.

I think that squier could do a hoppis sig. Whatever colors, duncan designed pups, and I would like the Blink-182 smiley face or his tat that says 1820​ on the 12 fret if anything.

And a pete wentz fender sig. I know a lot of people hate him but he isn't a bad bassist and his squier is a good little bass. Just add qp's and take off the bat on the 12th fret and make it a fender.

I would really apreciate fender coming out with a P neck on Jazz body , it could be a squier just something.

Also maybe get creative with colors, it get s boring looking at there stuff.

But I really think there is a market for those 2 basses. Squier did have a tom delonge strat.

The Hoppus also has a single P pup. Jazz body + Jazz pups + Precision neck = Awesome.

While I am often a proponent of Ps versatility over Js, Js have a grind you can't get with Ps. Great for my kind of music.

Of course, for pretty much anything else P > J, in terms of pups.

Plus, I prefer the P neck over the J neck.

Fender MIJ fretless (unlined) precision bass. About half the price of a Tony Franklin.
Different colors available and natural.


Squier version of the MIA Precision Deluxe, the one with the humbucker.
Quality like the Classic Vibe line.



Also: jazz basses with j pickup at the bridge replaced with a humbucker.
This trend catched on on Stratocasters and Telecaster guitars. HSS Strats, HSH strats, HH teles,.... considered more modern guitars.
I wonder why Fender never did that to their Jazz Basses.
I guess there's not much demand for it. I like the J/H pickup configuration on like Kritz and Cort, and other basses.

And I'm glad about that.
I don't want my P to do anything a J does.
