Fender strings

I recently got a new Charvel Pro Mod 4 p/j. I really like the factory strings, so I emailed them to inquire. Needless to say, it was less than fruitful, but I did find out it comes with Fender strings (of course). My question is, does another manufacturer make these strings for Fender, or do they make them in house? I really would like to stay with the EXACT make and gauge of that’s on it, currently. I’m a little confused because the website page for specs on my bass lists a certain gauge, while the email response listed a different gauge. Anyways, I’m sure I’ll be fine with a set of fender nickel round wound 45-100 strings, but I’m just curious if they are rebranded or made by fender.
Thanks for any help!

D'Addario took over the production of Fender-branded strings back in 2010, when Fender's own string-winding factory in Mexico was shut down. It should be noted Fender strings are still made to Fender's own specs, so they're not exact clones of D'Addario-branded strings.
