Sorry, but I think that fingerboard extension is ridiculous. I played a Ritter Raptor a couple months ago, which has the same type of fingerboard, and I found it pretty much impossible to play those high notes. Unless you know how to use thumb position on an electirc bass, just forget about it. If it had a huge cut away like the Michael Manring bass, that would be different.

By the way, that Koa top on that five string Legacy looks amazing.

Zon definitely has one of the most playable 5 string necks around, especially if you have small hands. Mine aren't that big either. I love the neck on my Sonus Custom 5.
