As is the way sometimes with these mammoth threads, humour is often lost on those who only get the tail end of a loooooong conversation.

Darth is a good guy. He may be a Canadian, but I don't hold that against him.

And whilst initially taking the pi55 a little bit, it's all been good natured and when he comes to England soon I'm taking him to a few games to show him how we roll and why it's such a big deal.

He will return the favour with the ice-dancing thing with sticks when I go to Canada.
