Well after your comments and a little research by myself I came to this list:

Sterling SUB Ray 5:
Active 5 stringer with maple fingerboard and black matte finish.

ESP/LTD B-335
LTD bass with 3 bands EQ, two humbuckers and an ash body.

Warwick Rockbass Streamer Standard 5
A passive one. 5 strings with most of the Warwick trademarks.

Fender Modern player Jazz Bass V
Passive 5 stringer. Maple fingerboard and a great coil selector.

Spector Performer 5 BC
Looks like the WW but is slightly different with the humbuckers.


Prices in euro's
SUB: 369
ESP: 515
Streamer: 489
Jazz: 499
Performer: 469

Could you place make a top 5 of the basses?

Modern Player Jazz, hands down. You'll be able to get modern tones and classic tone, and it'll be versatile enough sound and look wise to fit in to just about any band setting you get into. I assume you're getting the black/maple one, right?

Modern player Jazz is your best bet, they sound and play great.

Another +1 to the MPJB, since that's in your consideration list now. I was actually looking at one myself.

I'm sorry. For the money, the MM Sub 5 will give you the best tone and play. If you can stand how ugly the Jazz bass is, then you will get a good standard bullet proof bass (maybe). I find them really unpredictable as to quality. You could grab one that is better than any other USA made Fender, but some a junk. If you can play any of them before you buy, that is what I suggest 100%. Buy the one you like the feel of, sound of and look of.

Well after your feedback I was thinking and I came to this decision:

I like alder and ash bodies so I prefer on my next bass

I think two humbuckers are very good to get a mid-scooped sound with plenty of growl.

so my list shorted to this models:

Fender Modern Player Jazz Bass V
ESP B-335

I am going to sleep a night about this and tomorrow you can see my final choice...

Honestly, any fiver with one or more humbuckers will work. You need to get something that feels and sounds like you want it to with the right set of features. Probably something active. You might consider a mid level Spector as well.

Find yourself a used Spector Legend. You can get them for good prices and you'll easily grow with it. ^_^ Hell, there are pros who use them!

Well a few minutes ago I maked my final choice.

To start of, two of my bass idols: Jason Newsted and Brian Marshall.
They play a kind of bass I have chosen.
So it's clear that I choosed the Jazz Bass.
But when I see that people with a bass like that, then I hear that the jazz has for me a perfect tone.

I wanna thank everybody who helped me with my search for a new bass. But especially I wanna thank Fourstringbliss. His advice was very good for me.
So if you read this: Thank you all!

Enjoy life and play bass like a boss!
