Finally got me a GK Neo cab

I can't wait to plug the Firebass 700 into it. Should I do speaker cable to speaker cable like I have been or speaker cable to speakon?

I tend to favor the Speakon connector whenever I have the option, so I'd usually go 1/4" to Speakon in these situations. However, it really doesn't matter since the Peavey only has 1/4" speaker out jacks IIRC...1/4" to 1/4" will be just fine.

I still use 1/4 inch with my NEO. No complaints. Enjoy.
