Finally have a Reddi on the way

I finally have a Reddi DI on the way and look forward to using it for the FOH signal along with my stage Ampeg rig. Anything I need to know on how to set it up for best use? I've used one int he past and the sound greatly improved the house sound. Expensive DI's but worth it in my opinion.

Not much to dial in. I have my output set to about 9-10 o'clock which is what I heard give plenty of signal. Other than that, don't forget to turn it on.

I find it best to find a gain point and stick with it. That way it can always be repeated no matter which desk is at FOH. I chose 9 o'clock. It seems to work well for me. Remember to turn it on 5 minutes or so before checking level. It will pass the signal to your amp immediately, but let the tube get up to running temp first for best FOH result.
