No offense, but trash this and start from scratch. New switches...everything...
From the looks of the image Woodsbass linked, you have too many cold, dirty, blobby joints to count, man. You can leave wires long enough to flip your board over to debug, but when they're that long, you're askin' for trouble.
You may want to get some perfboard and just weave bare wire through and practice on soldering clean, small joints of solder before tackling this. Another option is a confidence booster from BYOC, which they provide for free with the purchase of a new order. Grab a "simple" kit from them to get your feet wet, then come back to this with new parts.
