Double Bass Fishman BP100 spares - anyone know where to get them?

Hi there, I was recently given an old Fishman BP100 pickup that someone had used to amplify a mandolin. I thought I'd give it a try but I am missing the clips that hold it on the bridge, the foam insert that keeps the cable from rattling, and the plate that attaches the jack socket to the strings. Does anyone have any idea how I could get hold of replacements for these?
