Double Bass Fishman Pick-up problem

I recently bought an upright fitted with a Fishman Full Circle pick-up. After a few months it stopped working altogether for no reason. Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions? I would rather not remove the bridge ifI don't have to. Has anybody else had this problem. It seems ridiculous that I would have to replace it. HELP! It seems like there is just something I'm not getting
