I'm thinking I wouldn't buy any cheap pedals. Too much noise, and not enough good flanging. With so many great flanger pedals on the used market, I'd never cheap out with a new pedal that didn't sound good and work reliably.

+1 Even if you can't find one in classifieds... GC Online Used Gear... 30 day return policy if you don't like it and I guarantee you can find something better at the same price point.
Get a Boss BF3. Great great pedal. I traded it in for an MXR bass chorus deluxe and kind of regret it. I liked the BF3 better. Like they said above, I wouldnt go cheap with pedals. At least shoot for the $100 to $120. You can get some pretty awesome stuff in that arena.
