"flanger<>phaser" which is the correct order?

Sorry, i searched and could'nt find. Which do you consider a more effective setup, flanger into phaser, or phaser into flanger?

Personal preference. Definitely for this combination. There's only 2 effects so try it both ways round and decide what you like the best.

For me, it's:

phaser > dirt > flanger

i have never turned them on both together at all, just dont like it. but i'll like phaser into flanger i think
