Flats Consideration for My Active 5 String Dimension

I currently use DR Sunbeams so any flat wound would be a BIG departure and I'm ready for that. I am looking for some flex in the flat wound string (if that's possible), using either my LH1000 or WD800, I can likely give it oomph if needed.

I have used/using Dunlop and LaBella (DTF) on my fretless JB which takes some effort physically on my fingers, meaning, they get tired after a night of live playing or a rehearsal.

If some fretted EB Stingray/Sterling are currently using flats, I would like to read your thoughts on what strings you've come to enjoy and any "why".

Dunlop Flats 40-120 and La Bella LTF 42-118 would be less tiring than the ones you've been using.

Based on what I've read, a lot of Stingray players around here seem to like the EB Cobalt Flats, which are relatively flexible (and bright) for a flatwound.

Dimension sound middy naturally which i also found that character on cheaper Squier Dimension DLX V i been play before. Since she mimic the Stingray vibe, i found the scoop voicing DR Fatbeam match quite nice with it along with reduce the onboard preamp MID knob.

But, if that MIDDY sound work well to your taste, i highly recommend both EB Cobalt flat and Group flat. They have solid sounding B and E string than others flatwound bass string i been use. Work well on my previous BEAD tuning Yamaha TRBX504, make those boring sounding YGD sound more alive.
