Flats with green silk on bridge end only?

Hi all, did a search with no luck. Bought a MIJ SQ Squier Precision with these flats. Silk only at the ball end and brass balls (heh). Like the sound and feel but no idea what they are. I use or have used GHS, DR Legends, Chromes, Labella DTFs, and the new EB flats, but none of those look like these. Any idea???

Green is Fender flatwounds.
Maybe old formula or someone removed the silk?

Nope. No silk
