Flatwound Club

My Warwick has D'Addario Prelude 4/4 Cello strings (nickel flatwound), tuned C2-G2-D3-A3. My StingRay has TI Jazz Flats, and I've just ordered a set of Rotosound Jazz Bass 77 flats for my Jazz Plus V.

In stock in my studio are: TI Jazz Flats JF345 (plus some singles); Rotosound RS776LD, RS77LE, and SM77 (for an experiment later with the StingRay in fifths, C1-G1-D2-A2); and a pack of Ernie Ball Group Something or Others (III? 45-105 I think).

I've also just sent a letter to D'Addario about the possibility of using 1/10 or 1/8 Double Bass Helicore Orchestra strings on the StingRay.
