Flatwounds for C# F# B E?

Slapinfunk, are the GHS Precision Flatwounds able to be strung through the body of a MIA '97 Fender Jazz Deluxe V?

Yes but you need to order the long plus versions which gauges are not exactly the same as what you want but very close
octave4plus makes odd gauges of flatwound strings. Not only do they already have custom gauges for a few scale lengths at various pitches, they will also custom wind you strings. They did a 28" scale F (.105) and Bb (.145) for my electric cello. These are rather loose and floppy strings on purpose, but they offered me several stiffnesses and schemes of winding layers.
Note that if you need a custom, from-scratch string design you have to pay $25 per string up front then a relatively high price per string afterwards, and it will take a few months for them to run through two trial strings then wind a few strings worth of stock to fill your future orders. But, if all else fails, you're not out of luck.

I've noticed a lot of string set ascend in .20's so I'm just going with that. I'm a little confused do you think the 60-100 is to high or too low?
Compared to the .120 the .060 may be a little tight. It will work just fine, .055 .075 .095 will be closer to the feel of the .120. Both will work its a matter of personal preference.
Once the strings start getting thicker, for the B strings for example, it will need to be a higher gauge to be closer in tension to the thinner strings. This will just help keep the C# feeling closer to the F#
