Flea against "Pro bassists"

Interesting idea, but I can see this degrading quite quickly into a vs. "My guy is better than your guy" thread.

Even though they both may be labeled "funk", I find there's a ton of difference between Flea's L.A. "PunkFunk" and George's NOLA groove-based funk to make a comparison not worth it.

People do what they do... some do one thing very well, others do many things adequately. The lucky few can do multiple things excellently.
