Flea Bass

Has anyone ever tried one? I suspect they're pretty low-end, but they do look pretty cool.

I did try one for a while. Yes, pretty low-end but serviceable. I would say if you're after an inexpensive MM style bass, just get a Sterling Sub Ray. However, if you can find one dirt cheap, might be worth buying as a collector's piece as they don't make them anymore.

I've never played one but there are many threads on here about the Flea Bass. I heard they were poorly made and had issues.

I have a 30" scale I bought for my kids. For the price, they are exceptional!... I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
