F'n Drummers!!!

I've been with a local Massachusetts metal band for about 3 years now. We've been without a drummer for the last year and it's gettin pretty old! Any body know any good drummers? We've had about 10 or 15 guys come down and try out but nobody can seem to hang with the beats. Are there any good drummers left in Massachusetts?! Any body know any good drummers??

try vegas, we have lots of drummers, if you want to...
pay them for rehearsal
be gigging
pick them up for rehearsal
have a kit at rehearsal
subbing is ok as long as they know ALL the songs
i swear some of the guys that come into my work are babies
