Focusrite 2i2 2nd gen with active pickups

Hello everybody,

I want to start recording at home, and I am looking for a good interface (not the best, only something that works well with my bass)

Focusrite 2i2 2nd gen works ok with active pickups?

I have a Warwick bass with MEC J/J active pickups.

Should work fine. It has a front panel line/instrument switch. If your bass is too hot for the instrument, switch the input to line and you're all set.

I do this. (Yamaha trbx504 into the 2i2). Works fine.

I'd expect any interface to handle this.
