Double Bass ForScore issue

Ever since the last update (a couple weeks, maybe) when I search for a fakebook song in forscore, I get all of the usual information, book and page. However, when I tap on the tune, I get taken to the first page of the fakebook pdf, not the tune itself. Does anyone else use forscore on an ipad that is having the same issue? 2 messages to forscore and all I got was a response asking if I was a pro-user. Thanks for any info you may have. I found some online conversations about this when it first happened but can't find them anymore.

I tried to go to support from inside the program today and I get an error message: ‘Error establishing a database connection.’ I tried logging into the full web site through Safari and the same message comes up. Their server is down?

I wanted to check something in the manual. It’s back on line now. Sorry about the confusion.

I use forScore a lot with songbooks. I bookmark each song starting with its starting and ending page #

You have to upload an index file and if you don't have one, you have to create one. A lot of them already exist on-line, though.

I found some resources and got things working pretty well on mine.

Yep, been doing that for years, it just stopped working. About 3 weeks later, it came back. All has been well ever since. Periodic updates sometimes don't work but most times, they do.
