Forum runner

Just tried to upload a picture from my IPhone and I received an error notice telling me to contact a forum admin, and to tell them there was a Forum-Runner error.

It just happened again, but it seems to be doing it randomly.
I can upload a picture every once in a while, but other times I get the error report.
Hmm.
I find it weird that it let's me upload pictures randomly, like it did just now.
UGH.
