Double Bass French Seifert Bass Bow

Lothar Siefert or W. Siefert? I have a W. Siefert German bow probably from the 1920s and it is an excellent bow, light and agile but with plenty of power. The Lothar Siefert bows are the higher-grade model.
My bow of 15 years now is a W. (which I think stands for "Wilhelm") Seifert, French model.
Round Pernambuco stick, ebony frog, mother-of-pearl inlays in said frog, leather and nickel-silver wrap (which now looks like copper, due to 15 years of the sweat from my hands).
Everyone I let handle it has commented that it is a pretty beefy stick, and a touch tip-heavy. But, I find that feature a pleasant attribute in a stick primarily used for Orchestra duty, since it lets me get some genuine attack (if need be) on an up-bow.
I've tried a few others, including some pricier ones, but I keep coming back to it.

I have a W.Seifert at home to try now. It is in the 600-700$ range.
The bow gabs the strings easily. The sound is more harsh then warm but it has a lot of volume. It is long and heavy. It is a good bow for the money. This bow doesn't have a name stamp on it. But I loaned it from a respectable bow maker so it must legit.

I have W. Seifert octagonal pernambuco stick.
I have had it for many years now, did a trial of two bows from Lemur Music with my teacher, we chose the Seifert. I believe it cost me about $650 or so at least six years ago. Last time I looked it was going for about $1,100 or so - can't be sure unless I look it up.
I think the bow is loud and cuts through well, not as deep and mellow as some. Medium weight and good balance. I am quite pleased with it and certainly don't feel I've outgrown it yet.
