Fret buzz at five spots

I've got fret buzz on the 5th and 7th fret of the D string and the 7th, 8th, and 9th fret of the A string. They are newer strings, but theres no buzz left anywhere but there. Any particular reason? I haven't had it set up yet, only because the set up out of the box was soo good.

First check to see if you have any relief on your neck. If you do, then you might want to try to raise the saddles on the d and a strings.

Don't you have to adjust the intonation if you raise the saddles, because I don't know how to do that? And how do you check for neck relief, I don't wanna mess with the truss rod and make anything worse?
