I'm taking a Music Theory course with the University of Edinburgh & they often reference Music Theory .net

I found this on there & think it's pretty good.

nice, if you go to the top right, the middle icon lets you change instruments. I changed it to a bass.

Once you know the spaces go A-C-E-G, the rest is pretty easy. Treble clef spells FACE & bass clef is just off by a letter.

Cool. I now have another daily music routine, along with interval recognition and staff reading, to practice after I'm done playing bass for the day. Thanks OP for showing us this.

MusicTheory.net has a some good stuff.

I only browsed their website before out of curiousity, but when the University of Edinburgh was using it for demonstrations, I was all over it.

@Killed_by_Death - Thanks for bumping this thread; these are some great tools to help learn, or just to stay sharp with both fretboard note location and bass & treble clef note locations.
I've been working on getting my sight reading chops back, since, after leaving school, the real world hasn't demanded I read music often. Even backing up random touring Reggae artists, they would just provide the band a cd of tunes to learn, then have a practice before the show.
At this point I'm trying to get into more situations where I know sight reading is necessary, so these are great tools when you don't have a bass in your hands!
