FretFX still around

Ordered a set on Dec 20th and so far no confirmation. Understand that the holidays could definitely be a factor here though. Just sent an email to FretFx to check if there is an update.

Very excited to get LED's for my Warwick. If it works out I may just be ordering quite a few of these for my other basses. Seems like these will be a Godsend for dark stages.

This was my experience too - a little nerve racking on whether or not it would ever show up. But both sets eventually did.

They just operate in a different kind of mode than most store models do these days, but the product is great!

Install is pretty easy - I don't imagine you'll have any trouble. :thumbsup:

I don't know if that's a "factory approved" method, but it's what I've been doing for the past 6 months or so and no issues yet. I saw a user or two doing it that way on their YouTube review of the product. I get the impression many FretFX users do the same - perhaps some here on TB might want to chime in too, hopefully.

Plus it's super convenient -always knowing where your battery is. Not sure if the FretFX website officially mentions whether it's okay or not, but perhaps Roz might be able to confirm that.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking. An On/Off switch would be so much better.
