Hey all, up for sale is my 1970 SVT...this kills me to part with, but my back simply cannot take it any longer.
This is an amazing-sounding amp--factory 6550s and no mods aside from the 1/4" speaker out and 3-prong grounded plug.
Recently totally retubed by Savage Audio --Winged C's for power and Sovteks for pre. The amp got a clean bill of health and needs nothing, and comes with a 90-day warranty from Savage.
The amp also comes with a custom flightcase on casters.
I can't stress how great this amp is...to me, it's just what "bass" should sound like. The only issues are minor, and only cosmetic: some torn tolex, dirt and taped patches, etc. It is 37 years old, and going strong!
These are hard-to-find, and many have been modded. This is a turnkey amp with flightcase, I feel it's worth every penny. If I could afford a roadie, this wouldn't be for sale.
