This is a revision of the original thread, with a new further reduced price, as recent purchases means no more room in the closet. Born in 2005, this is the superior Korean run, appx 8.9 lbs. Wonderful neck with great feel and dark rosewood. Pleked and nicely set up. Photos show stacked knobs (from when it had a P-retro). This bass is now returned to 100% original passive Lindy Fralin goodness, therefore there are now two original chrome textured knobs. Minor scratches in black paint below control cavity, which are only visible if you look hard, otherwise in very good condition. With new gigbag. $595 includes shipping to 1000 miles.
If you want to know the specs, I believe this is presently called the 44-64 Vintage P, except that my bass does not have the (inferior) in-house made pickup.
BTW For those of you looking for a great inexpensive P5, look no further
