Full page ad for supporting members

Why am I all the sudden getting full page ads that takes over my full screen? Shouldn’t supporting members only get the small banner ads?

Shouldn’t be happening, it appears they set the wrong user group. Getting this corrected asap

Yeah I keep getting these. I’d rather not. I hate being advertised to in the first place but especially if I’m paying to be a member to something. This is like the third or fourth time dealing with these weird ad placements. I get you want to monetize but this stuff is amateur hour.
