Double Bass Funky / groove double bass lines

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations of bands with funky and/or groovy lines played od DB.
Something I could use for inspiration and as a transcription practice
I have some in mind, but for sure I do not know all of them.

I love all of these links, but for my money that Chris Minh Doky bass lesson is where it’s at.

I just love his approach to funk on the upright. I’m a big Miles Mosley fan too, but wowza.... that funky solo was amazing.

I am not that into effects on double bass, but Mosley has REALLY developed that concept. His playing is really strong and he has a great voice. I hope he gets really, really famous. In a better world this would be what pop music sounds like.
