TNT called me today (as I had missed them yesterday apparently) and asked me if anyone would be home today. I said my wife would. Then I asked them if they would be delivering it or if it went into the hands of a different carrier. They said it would be them. So crazy how everyone in the US is getting them from different carriers.

Oh well, what is important is that I only have 5 hours of work left until I can go try her out. I haven't felt this much urgency to go try something since "The Force Awakens" came out and my Facebook feed was full of spoilers!

Because I didn't visit this thread through the holidays (expecting a January release), I missed the first batch. So pissed! I will catch the next one I suppose, but damn am pissed. Since when does an MI maker release a new product early anyway?!?! :)

EDIT: Where is the link to the pre-order page? too many pages in this thread

It depends on the expression pedal and the parameters you want to control. A few parameters are editable with CC messages but others require NRPN messages. I don't know of any expression pedals that have support for NRPN message. Will the Source Audio Reflex do it?

Not that I'm aware of.

It looks like you can massage the FCB1010 into sending NRPN messages. NRPN's are just three CC messages, so I think you'd set one footswitch to send the MSB, another to send the LSB, and then use the expression to affect CC6. I'm not super familiar with the FCB1010 so it might be simpler than I imagine.

Yeah, my last car was a 6-spd(2013 Ford Focus ST). My wife hated that car and refused to learn how to drive it. My current car(2013 Kia Optima SXL)is not a stick. My wife is much happier, especially since she's the one who traded in my Focus while I was at work... :rage::eyebrow:

Oh well. She's happy, so I guess I'm happy...o_O:D

Used the FI in a band setting a WOW, it was delicious! I also brought my little 8-bit/analog hybrid synth. My friend/drummer couldn't tell the difference with out lifting his head to see if I was thumping a bass or playing the hardware synth. Some of these presets sound so impossible from a bass.

I still don't know the presets well and was just chosing at random. I found lots of presets track quick octaves just fine. The tracking challenge for me is my style with many percussive ghost notes. Sometimes the FI give a tasteful glitch and other times at errors an off pitch, perhaps it detects a faint harmonic or something. The more time I spend with it the better I am at making it do what I want.

The sensitivity is spot on. The only other digital filter I appreciate is Source Audio's offerings, but SA BEFs fall short on dynamic range (I only borrowed a manta and don't remember). With Source, when I get too dynwmic the envelope gets hung; with Panda-Audio the more dynamic my playing the wider the sonic pallet.

I love love love this pedal.

hmm, the windows editor is basically the same. what confuses you? the many controls or something about the program itself that does not work properly? it is complex since you have so many options but you will get the hang of it at some point, and then WOWOWOWOW...
