Thanksyeah, it reacts to program change messages. about in or out of phase i don't know.
ok, here are some demo sounds i programmedi was just playing whatever came to my mind with the sound i had selected. was a little bit in a hurry so don't expect the greatest groove or lines or whatever....often i let the last note ring out, just so you get an idea how the sound develops and how well this thing tracks and how smoothly notes fade...
have fun. there are some sounds that only use the bass signal and envelope filter, no synth. it should be really obvious what is what. otherwise just ask. use headphones or a good p.a.![]()

Can you use an expression pedal with it? If so, it would be pretty awesome to control the rate of the LFO with that to get the same results.ah i should maybe add, that for the "real dub" examples i just moved the lfo frequency with the mouse...no time or anything.
also a note on effects:
only one effect at a time can be active.
the delay should be thought of as a slapback delay, longer delay times are not possible.
Hey @lokki I didn't hear from Andras, are you able to answer the two questions I had?
(1) Will the MIDI out/thru provide power to a MIDI powered device?
(2) How is it at tracking higher guitar-like frequencies?

@Andras Szalay
On using the Future Impact as a synth. Does it respond to mod and pitch wheel information? Aftertouch?
you can use a midi capable foot controller like a fcb1010. at the moment it reacts to nrpn messages which are basically 3cc at once. like this you can control much more parameters. some parameters will be accessible as "normal" cc though.That was great, thanks for making that to show off some of the other sounds available. I was already excited, but that really kicked up my excitement. It tracks amazingly, and you can really cop a lot of sounds. The "only lows" sounded sweet, and decayed so smoothly.
