Well that may be true but I'm not paying VAT. They ought to be able to remove that for non Vat countries and probably should before making orders available.

Same here, just waiting for clarification on the VAT. Seems like even if you get a refund you will have paid exchange fees on the full amount/

I mean, a refund on VAT doesn't seem to unreasonable for those countries that don't apply. I wasn't sure how many of these there would be in the first batch so I thought I'd just ensure that I have one and worry about the VAT refund later.

Also, money lost on the exchange fees on 83 Euro will only be a few USD.

Don't understand why VAT? I want to pay taxes in my country, I know there is always a possibility to buy stuff from EU without VAT (like Thomann or something else)
Anyhow tomorrow is a Monday time to preorder.
