I don't listen to Muse. I purchased my original DI back in the 90's. I don't even know if Muse existed then. I purchased the DI back then because it was the ultimate pedal to cop synth bass tones for R&B and electronica.

When my DI crapped out around 2009 or so and could not be revived, I checked the used market to buy one. I couldn't believe the prices they were selling for!! Then I found out it was all because of this Muse dude! So even more so I boycotted the band! LOL!

Eventually I was exposed to some of their music because my wife was into them. Cool stuff.

My primary use for the DI is for Corporate, Wedding, Top 40 gigs. If you play these type of gigs, the DI was a must as a bass player. Now the FI is a must!!!
