another question, why isn't there a sine waveform?
i guess there are different reasons, first a sine wave is more computationally "intense" to program. second a sine wave makes not much sense with a filter, since it is per se a tone without harmonics (which makes substractive synthesis really obsolete). third there is already a triangle wave which when added in to other oscillators already sounds very close to a sub octave sine (i assume that is your concern).

I second this!!! This is my first dealing with PandaMIDI and so far very impressed by the above mentioned too. I'm really looking forward in any future dealings and products they may have later in the future.

As far as support, anyone notice that the store website says "LIFETIME WARRANTY". At the moment, the website only directs the midiBeam (which i just ordered too), but curious if this includes the Future Impact I as well.

yeah, but even if you play it with a midi controller you get the sub octave sine sound when you mix in a triangle wave. alternatively you can use a triangle wave and adjust the filter to the root note and pitch tracking to on and you get a sine wave as well. or make the filter oscillate (high q setting) and you get a sine as well...

yeah, i think so too. this forum is not realtime. while i am around quite often, andras and gabor are not here all the time. i am gladly answering questions i know the answer to and i send email to andras if something pops up that i think should be answered by him.
