Fuzzrocious Club - Sextuplet

So I've had to sell a lot of stuff lately in preparation for a move and some of it has bummed me out.. and I was planning on selling my demon king when it got here as well just so we're covered.. but I have to say I am seriously impressed with this pedal. Really great grind to it and I love the tone knob and how interactive it is with the drive! I be keeping this one.

Yes, it's a grey stache, complete with 'Smokey and the Bandit' era Burt Reynolds. ****ing cool, love it :)

winning.

on a side note, I used to have a grey stache (no. 042 I think), and this new pedal sounds different to my ears, the 'stock' sound almost seems to have a mild gate, or at least that sort of ever so slightly strangled tone you get when a gate is very slightly on. the two diode clipping sounds, once you bump up the volume, seem more akin to how I remember the non-diode clipping tone of my old pedal sounding (much more 'open' sounding).

But regardless, it sounds mint, lots of good tones in this thing :)

Middle toggle is no diodes. If you open your Stache, your diode toggle selects the diodes on the opposite side...silicon diodes are the "stock" sound.

cheers - been playing with it all evening and it's probably my ears tricking me. But on this new stache my least favourite of the 3 options (still sounds great) is the 'no diodes' sound, but on my old pedal, it was the reverse (my fave sound was no diodes)!

Out of curiosity, have you changed anything in the circuit of the stache since you started building them?
