I recently found this old picture, from a Thousand Foot Krutch show years ago (their bassist Joel is no slouch and has some epic recorded tones), and faithfully reproduced his studio sound pretty dang well live from what I recall, but curious if anyone knows what these 4 pedals are?

I assume the first one is a tuner, but going clock wise, the orange one, top left 5-knob silver, and top right 3-knob silver? He has a pretty fat tone on records, with just a hint of fur, being tuned down with a slick J-bass that can't be stock, so just curious.

Thanks, I just googled the list and didn't see an orange one in that column, but definitely looks like a Rocktron. I'll keep checking, as each design is quite unique.

Good guess. Rocktron has made some interesting pedals but they have never quite caught on, but there are some players that are fans. I have several a Heart Attack from that series as well as a Reaction Dynamic Filter [both are EHX Bass Balls clones] as well as a TRU-Loop from the Boutique series.

I've tried a few over the years and enjoyed the ones I played, especially since they were price conscious when I was in/soon out of college! Same goes for the original Ibanez pedal line, they actually made some pretty decent sounding stuff for what it was.

I found some support for that statement when researching the pedal. For how cheap they are, have wondered about just nabbing one.

There's a few decent condition ones on GC/MF sites, gonna pull the trigger and see!
