G&L Club

I am happy yo join the G&L club. I just got my brand new G&L L2500 USA. Maple body, natural finish with birdseye maple board. Truly the sweetest bass I owned and I owned everything from Fenders to Wals to Musicmans to Alembics. the vibe, playability and versitility trumps them all and the price for such quality is remarkable. I plan to tour with it exclusively this upcoming summer.

Quick question for all the G&L enthusiasts out there: Have you ever seen a SB-2 with a factory unmarked fretted maple fretboard? I saw one at a local shop but it's the first one I've seen and wanted a little more info if I am going to seriously consider a purchase.

Here's mine from a few months ago in this thread:

It's a no-cost option when ordering a custom-made G&L bass.

SB2 is my number one.

This is in fantastic condition 99%+. I've bought new guitars that weren't in as nice condition. Heck the electronics cover plate still has the protective film in it! The shop said they thought it was an 01. I haven't pulled the neck yet.

Can I join the club?:)

Can I get a number please.

This is my 05 ASAT. It's strung with LaBella flats now, which has turned it into a monster.

Everyone that plays it or hears it falls in love with it. For evidence of said claim, here are pictures of my friends playing in (pardon the quality):

So once again I post my US 2005 L-2000 Bass in
classic threetone sunburst. This is my second G+L bass.
The first one I bought in 1984 had a damaged neck so I had to sell it. 15 years later I bought this one. Since then this is one of my favourite basses.
