I am putting a G&L P-style MFD pickup in a BB300, to see how much I like the MFD style pup. Trying figure out the wiring, and given the images I found , I need a little confirmation:

-Is the neck pickup of the SB2 as depicted in series wiring (as opposed to parallel)?
-Is the L1500 wiring as shown the correct way to wire a parallel/series switch for this type pickup?

Thanks!!

I'm a bit confused by the question. Are you wanting to run the SB-2 pickup as series/parallel?

Any P-style split coil pickup from an SB-1/SB-2 should work fine in any P-type configuration (such as yours) but they only have 2 leads, as shown in the SB-2 schematic. Only the soapbar MFDs from the L-series have multiple leads, which give you the option of series/parallel wiring.
