This is a gorgeous L-2000 built in the USA in 2018 and in mint condition. It has no dents, dings or significant scratches and has all the right options. Body is alder with sonic blue gloss finish. Neck is a very nice piece of quartersawn maple with Chechen fingerboard in a satin light tint finish (Medium C shape – 1.5” nut, 9.5” radius, 34” scale, 19mm string spacing at bridge). It has the OEM G&L humbucking pickups and the essential single-coil K-wiring option (why don’t they do this on every bass?). Controls are: volume, treble, bass. Toggles are: pickup selector (neck-both-bridge), phase selector (series-single coil-parallel) and A/P selector (active with treble boost-active-passive). As you know, there are a whole ton of tones to be had once you figure out the controls. Bass weighs 9 lbs., 2 oz. and is strung with fresh D’Addario Pro-Steel XL 45-105s.
