G&L

Now I'm less likely than ever to part with my beloved L2k.
Same here I still have a 2005 G&L2000 CLF black with maple binding. And the G&L logo stamped molded case. Plan on keeping it for sure now. I sold it over 7 years ago,and managed to get it back over year ago.

I own three, but only have 2 with me. LB-100's one from 2013 with matching headstock (red burst), the other bacci burst both swamp ash and sporting MFD split pickups. The 3rd is a 1984 G&L L2000 in alder with nitro finish, weighs about 10 lbs and the neck is 1.75" so I hardly ever play it, it was my first bass (is at my parents house in the closet).

I am considering adding a bridge pickup to one of the basses above, I found a black slug version of the mfd soapbox before the shop closed down, what do you guys think, is it a worth while addition?

Regards,

Ed
