the switch does neck/mid, all three, mid/bridge. I feel like the front and back positions are really weak so I pretty much only keep it on the middle position. Although, when I switch it to the mid/bridge setting and play close to the bridge it sounds a lot like the stevie wonder "superstition" tone.

So no way to solo each pickup (or neck/bridge combo)? I imagine some fancy rewiring and a 7 way switch like the common Strat mod could give you those combos.

I think there was one in the classifieds recently that had some fancy rewiring done like this, on/offs for each pickup, etc.

i never liked the G-3 OR the grabber bassed on looks(especially the G-3..god the pups look stupid),but i picked the grabber.the ripper though...that's another story :smug:

I'm of the exact opposite opinion, I like the G3/Grabber looks better, and I think the Ripper sounds too much like a Gibson...
