Gallien Krueger Club. GK Rules !

The 200RB is killing it through an 8 ohm 15 with a mids driver/passive x-over. Still deciding whether to use the SansAmp Bass Fly Rig along with, but it's a great sound, I really like what it does when I hit it hard, which I tend to do. Looking into an 800RB now.
I don't think I'll gig it with the SWR G-II Jr though, a 4 ohm box. Pushing it like that into 4 ohms for a night is probably asking for trouble.
Roger, Question does the back of the 200 look like this?

No, mine says "SPEAKERS 8 OHM" on the back, with two jacks.
I'm thinking it's the same head as that 115B Combo, which had a 16 ohms speaker in its enclosure. You could add another 16 ohm speaker for the 8 ohm load...

The pix are on my phone, which won't upload here.

It is inconvenient that my gig cabs are 4 ohms... Working on acquiring that 800.

That's confusing. Could you read it to mean one 8 ohm speaker in each jack?

There are two Jacks, grouped together with the graphics on the back panel. In the middle of the bracket indicating the Jacks, it says "8 OHM" (using the Greek character Ohm).
Still can't load a photo.

You know, that would make sense in consideration of the one @TonyP- posted the photo of.
But the 115B combo uses the same head and runs only down to 8 ohms, so I've read.

I found this on Reverb from an expired listing.

Interesting that does not even have XLR outs.
There are 2 outputs on that and I can't imagine it was designed for 2 16ohm cabinets. Not for bass…

Question for the knowing: do the MB-II combos deliver the renown GK growl like the RB series heads?
You know, that "Hitting the Rails" thing.
I must know.
Thanks for your time.

I've not played an RB, but have achieved the Growl on my MB212-II.

I think you can do it with the MB210, MB212, MB115, and MB410 combos, but the others only have Gain, but no master volume, so to hit the Rails, it would be stupid loud.
