But , I believe the horn is malfunction.

If horn have problem, that's means the combo still have QC issue even 100% made in USA.

That's impossible! It's a GK!

When I bought my MB115II I tested also the same amp but it was 2x10 I believe. I plugged the EHX Bass Muff and turned the horn on and it was f***ing disaster. So much fuzzy buzzy sound from this horn. Just terrible !

If you are using a 4 or 5 string, it will be less noticeable. A 6 string will use it more due to the high C string. I hear my horn (tweeter) a lot in my combo.

I'm sure you have checked this but, just in case, I see from the picture of your amp from Sweetwater, that there is a button in the output section of the controls that turns the horn on and off. IN for on and OUT for off. This button is IN isn't it?

Yup. It's on.

Crank the treble and pop the G string. If you still don't hear much then there is definitely something wrong.

I did this I scratched G string with my fingernails and it finally produced sound !
