I don't know if mine is the same problem or not but after 1 month of regular rehearsals with an A03 version and now getting the staticy fuzz (like a dead battery). Started out as intermittent and now constant. I'm pretty frustrated after trying several cables, basses (passive and active), amps, cabs, and different power sources/outlets. I tested it with headphones...sure nuff..it's the amp! BUMMER! I love the sound of the GK but the mod thing is making me rethink a little. Especially after putting together a micro rig around this head for a Christmas Eve show at my church. Can't use it now...
ah man... sorry to hear.. I dont know if its the same problem but mines gets really bad static that clicks on and off when I play different notes(literally hit one string static.... hit it again no static.. and so forth) during headphone use. Haven't had problems playing it through a cab other then the pop i get when clicking the boost on and off. which could be just because the foot switch is passive.. then again the "master-b" knob seems to not work at times.. which I guess isnt that bad since I never really used the boost as a boost in other gk amps... however it would have been nice to use it now that they provided a foot switch.. ah man I am torn
