Is Danny Gottlieb still drumming with Gary? I used to gig with Danny, a great drummer and great guy. I could always rely on him to kick my butt around the bandstand in a great way. I was always a little surprised that he was doing "Lt. Dan"... I mean, he played with Pat Metheny, John McLaughlin, Al DiMeola, and his own band Elements.

Gary is a good bassist. Last I saw, he was playing a Modulus. I guess he has a nice arsenal of basses.
i too saw him on CSI playing .. i totally thought he was faking .. although it didn't look to be much of a bass inspired song they were playing.

That's pretty cool. I'll have to go see them if they ever play out this way. Gary Sinise is one of my fave actors.
