$680 seems a bit high for a Tribute. The Trib L-2000 I played was under $600 (it might have been under $500, I don't clearly recall).
I didn't mean to imply that I didn't like the L-2000 that I played. It was very nice, but it just didn't snuggle up in my lap and say "take me home, big boy" like the USA L-1500 did.
