I bought a new lee bass the other day and i put new strings on it. now when i play it i get so much buzzing from the strings all i did was change the strings...rotosound rs66ldn 45-105. Anyone know what might be the cause of this....
Sounds like you need a truss rod adjustment. Does your bass buzz on all the frets or just higher up or lower down on the fret board? I wouldn't worry, changing strings the first time usually causes set-up problems especially if you change string gauge or even brand. Check the relief of the neck first adjust the truss rod then adjust the action(at the bridge ) if the buzzing continues.
