If it's anything like the DP-3X, it will be SMD with components so small that you'll struggle to see them with an electron microscope.... That said, I'm guessing the YYZ circuit is less complicated than the dUg pedal.

Most welcome. You remind me of an old coworker of mine who was a good friend. He made some of those funny faces too. (Not sure if he totally ripped on bass like you, though.)
I put some non-Geddy tones together for a demo and a pretty extensive walkthrough of the features. Really suprised (and glad) I'm getting a lot more out of the YYZ than just Geddy (But the Geddy is awesome too!)
Great review and insightful! I think though around 6:48 you meant to turn the Mid knob but twisted the Mix knob instead(?) I love this pedal...way more useful to me than the DG Microtubes X. Less complex too.
You're totally right - good catch! I remember it not sounding quite right to me at the minute, but missed it in editing!
How does it sound with an active bass like a Music Man Stingray or Sterling. I really like the Tech 21 Para Driver V2 with the clean blend and how it can be adjusted for a nice clairity balance; can the blend on the YYZ result is a similiar balance.
